About KBS

Kerala Brahmana Sabha is an apex organisation of Tamil Brahmins in Kerala. It's a registered organisation since 1970. KBS is working in a 3 tier system i.e. State, District, Upa Sabha (Units). Vanitha Vibhag & Youth Wing is also part of the Sabha. KBS is the a fully affiliated organisation in All India Brahmins Federation from Kerala state.

Medical Centre Inauguration

A long cherished scheme, to set up a medical centre @ Sree Durga Seva Kendra, Karumom, became real on Monday, 13th June 2011, with the participation of Attukal Devi Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd. A peripheral clinic was inaugurated on 13th June by our beloved Dr M Sambasivan. Dist. President H Ganesh briefed the purpose and aim of such a clinic in the Kendra, with a focus to serve the needy on the Karumom area, for which, Sabha is always committed for the well being of fellow members in the society. ADIMS Chairman & Managing Director, Dr R Ayyappan Nair, extended all sort of support for such welfare projects in the future also. Doctors from ADIMS and members from our Upa Sabhas and general public attended the inaugural function. The clinic will be open for public on Monday, Wednesday & Saturday from 2 pm to 4 pm.
